Delivery & Returns
All our packages are delivered by DHL *
*Possible delays due to external factors can lead to a longer delivery time for your package. This is beyond our control.
When will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Netherlands). Ordered on weekends, after 4:00 pm or on public holidays? We use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping to another country?
Delivery abroad is possible. Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time is at least one week.
Where can I track my package?
As soon as your package has arrived at DHL, you will automatically receive a track and trace code to follow your package.
I have not received my Track and Trace code?
If you have not received a track and trace code, it may be due to an error in the system or a delay at DHL. We recommend that you contact us by e-mail ([email protected]).
Returns & Exchanges
Conditions Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. The affected item (s) must be returned in a new, unused condition with all labels attached.
How can I return my items?
if you only want to return an order, we request that the items including return form be returned to our address. The costs associated with this are for the buyer himself. You can copy and fill the text below. Then it can be sent together with the package.

How can I exchange my order for a different size?
If you want to exchange an item because the size is not right, you must send us an e-mail with the above information. We can use this to see if the item you would like to exchange is in stock. We will send you a return label with which you can return your package to our address.
How can I exchange my order for another item?
Exchange for another item is possible. If the item with which you want to exchange your order is more expensive than your current order, you can transfer the remaining amount to our account number. If the item is cheaper than your current order, we will return the remaining amount to your account number upon receipt of your returned item.
