1. Orders
1.1 I recently placed an order. When can I expect my package?

Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Netherlands). 
Ordered on weekends, after 4:00 PM or on public holidays?
use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working days  

1.2 Do you also ship to another country?

Delivery abroad is possible
Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
countries outside Europe, the delivery time is at least one week. 

1.3 Where can I track my package

As soon as your package has arrived at PostNL, 
you will automatically receive an e-mail with your track and trace code 
to follow the package 

1.4 I have not received my Track and Trace code

If you have not received a track and trace code, it may be duet an error in the system or a delay at PostNL. We recommend that you contact us by email ([email protected]  

1.5 I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

The best thing you can do is to contact us by e-mail ([email protected]). We can then check your order status with you 

1.6 I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

If the package has not yet been sent, this is possibleSend us an email asap. 

1.7 I have entered a wrong address. Can this be changed?

If the package has not yet been sent,

2.1 How can I return something?

If you want to return an item, you can
